Two Bathrooms, One Vision: A Pelham Primary Suite Transformation

The Why Behind the Work
The husband dreamed of having his own bathroom, and his wife was fully on board. An adjoining office was converted into his dedicated bath, while she gained a larger closet and a beautiful bathtub. Each bathroom was customized to individual needs, down to vanity heights. Their boys’ bathroom was also updated, creating a cohesive and highly functional refresh.

How We Brought It to Life
The goal was to create two bathrooms that felt cohesive while still honoring individual preferences. To achieve that balance, we used many of the same core finishes throughout both spaces, creating visual continuity and a sense of harmony within the primary suite. From there, we layered in individual character through lighting selections and hardware, allowing each bathroom to reflect its owner’s personality and daily habits. Converting the adjoining office into a full bath required thoughtful planning, but the result was two highly functional, customized spaces that feel connected without being identical.
Intentional Design Choices

Client Reflections
"We love our new bathrooms so much that we have already started planning our kitchen, laundry, and guest bath renovation. The entire process made such a difference in how our home functions, and we can’t wait to keep going."

The Finished Space
The finished renovation transformed one shared bathroom into two personalized retreats that function beautifully side by side. What once felt tight and limited now feels intentional, spacious, and thoughtfully tailored to each person’s daily routine. The cohesive finishes keep the primary suite feeling unified, while the custom details, lighting, and vanity heights make each space distinctly their own. The added boys’ bathroom update carried that same level of care throughout the home. The result is a renovation that didn’t just add square footage, but added ease, comfort, and individuality to everyday life.
